The recent official launch of Krista@Bukit Pelali, an early childhood education and development centre in Pengerang, Johor, was a memorable and heartwarming milestone. The centre which was set up and operated by the Krista Education Group in 2024 for Petronas Refinery and Petrochemical Corporation Sdn Bhd (PRPC) to cater to the needs of its employees where they can send their children for kindergarten and childcare services.
The centre, also known as the L.E.A.F. Centre, (where the acronym ‘LEAF’ stands for Learning, Environmentally-safe, Amity and Friendliness), is a modern, safe and conducive centre for quality early childhood care, education and development, helmed by well-trained teachers and childminders.

The launch of the centre was officiated by Puan Sri Jemaliah Md Jelas, President of PETRONITA (Association of Wives and Women Staff of PETRONAS) following a welcome address by Hairulanam Suhari, Head Human Resource Management, PRPC and a briefing by Syafiqah Azwani Binti Hassim, Centre Coordinator of Krista@BukitPelali.
